Debbie, I, too, use the Isopure zero carb powder in vanilla and mix 1 scoop in a blender with ice, water, 1/2 can of crushed pineapple in its own juice, coconut milk (or coconut extract), a little non-fat yogurt, and artificial sweetener to taste- a great pina colada!!

Debbie, I picked these up off of the net. Try these web addresses: www.naturade.com/products/fitness/recipes.htm Also: www.scitecnutrition.com/scifiles/shake Also:www.eas-sports-supplements.com/drinkrecipes.html And: http://store.yahoo.com/isupplements/protshakrec.html I hope you find one you like on them.

Debbie, I only like the fruit ones myself. The ones I use are Designer Whey Protein Smoothie AbsBerry Sundae--comes in a box with 20 individual envelopes of powder--tastes like something you'd buy at a juice bar. My other favorite is Myoplex Lite Tropical Fruit Variety--also comes in a box with 20 individual envelopes of powder--in this case, there are four flavors in each box--peaches & cream, banana cream pie, pina colada, and orange jubilee. To make both kinds, I use the suggested amount of water, one small or one half of one large banana, and about 8-10 ice cubes, then whirl it all in a blender. When I need more, I do searches under the Yahoo Shopping area, putting in the names of the products and then get the best prices. Hope this helps, and all the best to you.

This was formerly the Protein Shakes Addict and Perverts, but I think the old database is still accessible til I get a new one http://groups.yahoo.com/group/OSSG-Protein/ To access the Protein Recipe Database: http://www.geocities.com/proteinpervs/index.html These are an almost endless supply of protein recipes. Most are whey based, but whey IS the best source of protein. You must've gotten a "dud" when you had your first one.
