Hi, call your insur. co. They can tell you where to go. Also, try this number 215-762-6660 and if they take your insur. ask for Dr. Du. Thats my psych Dr and I know he did it for me and another person. Good luck. By the way Richard took out my gallbladder. He is a good [email protected]

I went to Harmony Mental Health at 23rd and Chestnut St. I discarded the number but you can get it from information. Ask for Dr. Manheit, he is the only doctor there that does these kind of evaluations. You have to schedule two visits, one for inital consulation (to get your history) and one to speak with Dr. Manheit. It went very quickly for me. Good luck.
