Question:
ANoyone have get a pain on the side of incision 2m post op???

I am 2 months post op. Once in a while I get BAD pains on the right side of my incision. It feels like muscle pain ..it can last for 2 days. ANy ideas??    — Kelly W. (posted on January 17, 2000)

Hi There, I have experienced the same type of pain and my doctor just said it was muscle. I did not have any nausia with it, and I am quite active. I am now 10 weeks post op, and the pain and just stopped over the past week. Hope all works out for you, Take Care,,,,Kim

I've had pain on the right side of the incision for over a month, it's like burning or stinging when I move a certain way. It's very painful so I bind myself and that seems to help. My doctor said she thought it is muscle still healing. I haven't seen my surgeon yet about it but it's not getting better so I guess I'll have to. I've put it off seeing him because he's so far away.
