What is the difference between RNY

The surgeon I will be sent to will be Dr Michael Wood. The information I've received to date indicates that I will havea Woods-Sappala Micro Pouch, later referred to as a Roux-En-Y Exclusion. bypass and exclusion are one in the same......the Micro Pouch is a different story.....how small is "micro"???? will you be able to get enough nutrients for your body with the "micro" pouch
