Question:
Anyone else experience pinky toes numbness post-op?
Since coming out of surgery my pinky toes have been numb. Has this happened to anyone else? What was it attributed to? — Jennifer S. (posted on August 15, 2002)

I had numbness in my feet too. It goes away when you start walking more
and more. As foe me... my belly button is numb still - LOL.

Jennifer, A few days post-op, my entire left thigh was totally numb. It
took a few weeks to get better, but it still bothers me from time to time.
(I'm 10 weeks post-op) I have to sleep on my right side a few times a night
to "wake it up" or change positions often while I am sitting.
They said it was a combination of things, including the position I was in
for so long on the OR table. It's a creepy feeling, but there isn't much
you can do about it :(
