Question:
Eat right, exercise.. why am I gaining weight?

I have gained 3 pounds this week. I eat right, exercise (walk 1 mile 2 or 3 times a week, and I do not know why I've gained. I've lost 50 pds. in 8 weeks. I do not drink alot of juice or eat things I am not supposed to, I only eat 3 small meals a day (no grazing) why would I have gained 3 pounds? and I also exercise. Is it around your time of the month? I find that I gain a couple pounds around that time.

Hey. Don't stress too much, you've probably gained musle weight. If you exercise, this is bound to happen. It's a really good thing because musle burns more fat. Also, most people gain weight (water weight) the week or days before thier period. The chances are, you haven't gained fat and that's what's important. Good luck.
