Where and when is the support group in Somersworth, NH? Thanks! I

Hi Pam- This may not be too helpful to you but I see that you haven't gotten any responses. Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA has support meetings at various times throughout the month, usually about 5 or 6 of them. I don't know how far Somersworth is, but I have met people from Vermont, New Hampshire, The Berkshires, and even Western New York State at these meetings. No Rhodies, though, as they may have their own or be closer to Boston or Worcester:o) The support meetings are open to pre and posts ops, and the ones I've attended usually have 100 people or more attending. They are technically open to patients of Dr Coe and Dr Munshi of Baystate Hospital, but if you are a pre-op and considering the surgery, you are kinda shopping around.....right? I would think you'd be closer to other surgeons but maybe they don't have support groups? The phone number for the Baystate Surgery Support Group is (413)794-7020. Good Luck, Mea :o)

Hi Pam, The NH Seacoasters meet the first Wednesday of every month @ The First Parish Church 176 West High Street Somersworth NH 03878 from 6-9. I will be attending my first meeting on 11/5, I'm 18 day pre-op and very glad to find a support group so close to my home. I hope this info is helpful. Karen
