you aren't doing anything wrong. i had surgery 4/26/03, and am only down 94 lbs. i have pcod, underactive thryoid, anmeia and a few other assorted problems. i asked my doc about it, and he said we just loose a little slower. one thing i would suggest though, i took synthroyd for over 10 years, and had probs w/ it. before i had wls, i tt my doc and got put on levoxil. it has helped quite a bit. i don't stay jittery, and am actualy plesant to be around. maybe that will help. also, have you been taking your mesurements? while i've slowed down a lot in loosing weight, i'm finding i'm dropping in inches too. with the exersize you are doing, you are undoubetedly putting on muscle. 8 lbs of muscle takes the place of 1 lb fat but is heavier becuase it is so dense. that's why you can still loose inches but not pounds.... good luck!!
