Question:
Has anyone looked into surgrey in Sweeden?

I am a homemaker and my husband is self employed and we are unable to get health insurance for me because of my weight. I was told that wls was less expencive outside of the US. Can anyone point me in the right direction?    — Danielle W. (posted on May 17, 2001)

I saw someone in Oregon looking in Spain.. but not Sweeden.. what made you decide Sweeden? Are you up for other locations or does this place have something different to offer etc?

While in trials in the USA,(I think) the Adjustable Lap Band is available in Europe and Mexico. I know that several members have travelled to Monterrey, Mexico for this procedure. Best wishes to you.
