www.makemethis.com It's stainless steel and not particularly pretty but it serves the purpose. You can have whatever info you want engraved on it. I got a bracelet and necklace (including shipping) for $10.40 total for both.

I got mine from www.n-styleID.com. I bought the sports band, and I wear it around my ankle. They have some really nice, unique ones, and best of all, they're CHEAP! LOL! ~Diana
