I have lost 76 lbs but still need to lose another 30 any suggestions

Review the "pouch rules for dummies", and combine that with the "Phase I" program of the South Beach Diet. This worked for me for those last pounds.

Change what you are doing. A little more protein or water or a little less protein or water. Change the type of exercise you are doing. Our bodies can get in a rut. Shake things up and shake off those last few pounds!

Look at your exercise routine. As you lose weight, your body becomes use to the weight you are now carrying. You need to up the exercise routine. Add water. Watch your Carbs. For a week write down what you are eating, where you are eating and when. Same for exercise. See if some bad habits have come back. Good luck!
