You don't give any info on when you had surgery, what type or what you eat. You don't have any info on your profile. So who can say?

When I was going through plateaus, I didn't seem to lose weight or inches. Most on here though, always speak of losing inches while on a plateau, but I have found that to be different for me. Maybe this is the case for you.

By reading your profile it seems you have lost 75 lbs in 4 months. I would say you are maybe at a little stand still but it will pass. Looks like you are in fact losing lots. Sheesh girl friend give your body a chance to catch up! LOL
