Question:
Did anyone have extreme pouch along with back pain when you get hungry?

How does water taste? Any nausea or vomiting for "no" reason?

I don't get extreme pouch pain but when I am hungry, instead of feeling hungry, my pouch hurts. I know it is time to eat when this happens. If your pain is extreme, I would suggest you call your surgeon's office today and ask them about it. I am 10 months post op and this still happens to me.

I hurt so bad when I get hungry it is not funny I hadn't heard of anyone else that felt that way It just hurts really bad. I have tried to keep to an eating schedule so that I don't get hungry because it feels so terrible. It makes me so nervous when it happens like I will fall over or something. It is really weird. They say I am lucky that I get hungry because I will think to eat but I don't exactly feel so lucky, Thanks for your post I feel a little better now. Peggy open rny 9/20 -30#'s

pain on an empty stomach can be a sign of ulcers. Speak to your surgeon.
