Question:
Pilates for beginners?

I saw some infomercials on Winsor Pilates and planned on buying the tapes myself. They also have a website if you wanted to check into it www.winsorpilates.com. Good Luck!

I'm not sure which tape to recommend but I want to say that I just took my second pilates class this morning and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! :o)

I picked up a pilates tape to supplement the classes I take at my local gym. The tape is called "Pilates for Dummies" and was $6.99 at Best Buy. It is very straightforward and easy to follow. You'll love it!

I also saw the Winsor Pilates infomercial and have ordered them. I have fibromyalgia, so this looked like a good program that would not stress my joints like so many exercises do. No jumping around, etc. You can look at it at www.winsorpilates.com.
