Question:
I would like to hear from anyone who has had open heart surgery before this surgery

I had open heart surgery in Dec 2001 to fix my mitral valve and am waiting on insurance approval to get WLS. I have been cleared by my cardiologist and there shouldn't be any heart problems as far as having this surgery.
