Is there any thing out there to help like Grants or Federal Help to get surgery?

Medicare will pay for surgery if you qualify for Medicare. Some state Medicaids are paying (or so I hear). Also check into your state's vocational rehab program, they help people gain and maintain meaningful employment. If your obesity is impairing your ability to work, they would be a good place to start. Some doctor's have self-pay programs, you can check into that in your area as well. Good luck!
