Question:
Does anyone in the St. Louis area have a good Primary Care Physician?

I am two years post-op, and recently moved to St. Louis, Missouri. Is there anyone out there in the St. Louis area that sees a very good Primary Care Physician that is well educated in working with persons who have had Bariatric Surgery, and knows how to monitor the person on a long-term basis for possible problems? I used to work at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis and would recommend any doctor at that hospital. They have several surgeons who perform WLS and so many of PCP's there would be good. Dr. Angela Brown was pretty good. She's an Internal Medicine PCP.

I use David Bean. He is in north county. # is 839-0910. He wrote me a letter for BCBS for surgery. I am about to ask them if they will consider me for surgery. (i have an exclusion in my policy)
