What can I do to loose weight more rapidly??

How can I get my arms into shape? I am 6mo post op and have lost 84lbs, sometimes I loose about five lbs in 2 days, but mostly I go 2-3 weeks and only loose 2-3 lbs.    — Cindy H. (posted on September 12, 2001)

Sounds like you want to firm and tone your arms ..to do so is with weights or a couple of cans of soup even to do some arm lifts. Also walking is a great source of excercise for your body and spirit too! If I do not walk, my weight slows way down. I also have to watch the sodium in frozen foods and sugar in drinks. You may have spats where your weight will stay the same for a bit or it sppears you are gaining..but you are not. If you work out and with weights, this is what happens since you are building muscel which burns fat. Also drink lots of water too! Good Luck!
