I have pelvic adhesions that were found during diagnostic surgery when I was 17. I had never had surgery before and they found no reason for them whatsoever. To this day, I have pain with them. Usually it feels cramp-like, but sometimes it is more of a direct pain. At first I was running to the doctor constantly but now that I know what it is and what it should feel like, I've mostly learned to ignore it. There is really nothing that can be done for me because surgery would just create more adhesions. It is irritating, but it does not really hinder my life in any way. If you're concerned, talk to your surgeon again. I do know that for most people, the pain eventually goes away. Good luck.
