Has anyone been approved or denied for WLS from Foundation health care of Florida?

Dawn, on the insurers page on this site, there are about 9 or 10 listings for Foundation in your state. They were all approved. Of course, I am not sure if the name/policy is the same. Check it out at http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/insurers2.phtml?State=FL&Page=9 Maybe you could e-mail these members and ask them some questions. Hope this helps. Shelley
