Question:
Has anyone been successful in having an abdominoplasty paid by Medicare?

I have lost 180 lbs in 22 months and have a lot of loose skin. I do not have any hernias. I desparately need to have the excess skin removed. My primary insurance is Medicare because I have been disabled for more than 2 years.    — Sag (posted on August 28, 2002)
