I have Cigna PPO as primary and Medicare as secondary. How fast will I be approved w

How fast will I be approved with all these comorbidities? I have insulin dependent diabetes, high blood pressure, high chloresterol, high triglycerides, sleep apnea with cpap machine set on 8, depression, severe insomnia, stress incontinence, have recently been prescribed toprol for a fast heart, severe headaches, major water renention and I think that's all. I am 49 years old , am 5'3" tall and I weigh 253lbs    — gramof3 (posted on October 6, 2002)

You should have approval in 10 days or less from the time that they receive the request.

I had mine within ten days, but make sure that whomever you get the surgery through sends in your paperwork. That happened to me...!

It shouldn't take long with Cigna. Just reiterating what others have said -- not long AFTER they get your paperwork from the dr's office. That took longer than anything for me. As for the secondary with Medicare, I really don't know how all that works. Good luck and God bless.
