Anyone use any carb blockers for help?

dont eat carbs go back to your docter and speak to his diatecion remember mostly protien and water dont take any herbs or pills with out speaking to your d0oter a lot of stuff can be harmful good luck to you remember when not sure speak to your docter or his staff ted
