Question:
I called fl.insurance comm. office they told me to appeal do i put that in letter?

I explained to the lady from the sates commision office the problem the problem that I am having w/ the insurance bcbs fl they keep telling me i have pre-existing until July 31,2003 But that is only if I seen A doctor within the previous 6 months before I had insurance it was back in May 31,2001 she asked me to read to her exactly what it says under pre existing in my certificate of coverage and she said I should appeal I told her bcbs rep. told me I COULDNT and wont send me an appeals package so she told me to read to her what it said under appeals I told her that it says I can do it myself so she told me to send the appeal certified mail. sorry so long my question is do I put that I talked to someone who advised me to appeal from commision office in letter? AND WHAT DOES THE abbreviation 'cc' mean? thank you for any help..    — marie M. (posted on April 9, 2003)
