I would like to have my pouch made smaller is this possible

Please tell usa about yourself and why youu want a smaller pouch. How long
post op you are, start weight, weight now, and all the interesting things
that would help us help you

Sometimes it's not the size of the pouch but what you're putting in it
that's the problem. The "pouch rules" article states that a
large range of pouch sizes will still result in a successful tool provided
you fill it with dense protein sources. If you fill your pouch mostly with
ground beef or chicken or egg, etc, then top off with some veggies, the
amount is not a critical. I can put away a comparitively large volume, but
as long as I make good choices, it's fine.
