Question:
Does anyone out there have any experience with medical post op and plastic surgery.

Marlene. I am not sure what you are asking. Are wondering what you can do to avoid plastic surgery after weight loss? If so there isn't any one sure answer. The amount of excess skin will depend on several things. Your age, skin type, the length of time you were obese and genetics. All you can do is be sure to follow doctors orders, get plenty of water and start an excersize program as soon as possible.
