Does anyone have an appeal letter ?

Sorry I don't have an appeal letter, but I am in the processing of appealing, BCBS of TN denied me as well, I don't know what's up with them, but I had my pcp to write a letter along with my surgeon. The only thing left to do now is pray. Good luck to you and me both.

Hi Jennifer I don't have a answer for u but, i just received my DENIAL letter in the mail today, and it is like a big slap in the face. I called my ps and his secretary went home for the day. I will be calling tomorrow to see what is the next step is. When i went for my consult i didn't tell the ps that i get sores at the bottom of my stomach and it burns under the lap of skin i have. Good Luck.....Get and appeal.
