Question:
how do i get approval for a tt from this insurance?

I had bcbs hmo of georgia, and I had my primary care doctor to give me a referral to the plastic surgeon, and they listed that I keep getting reoccurring infections and rashes that is not responding to treatment or medications, and that it was causing back problems etc.... I may not have been experiencing ALL of these chronic problems, but I told them to write what was necessary to get it approved!!! Just make sure he list it on the paper work "Redundant Skin Removal" due to excessive weight loss. GOOD LUCK! the bcbs insurance companies are all the same.
