Question:
I would like to know how to go about getting a Medic alert bracelet?

I was thinking about that just the other day, and I was wondering if there was such a thing as a bracelet that let would let people know "in case you can't" that you have had WLS. If anyone has an answer for me, please e-mail me at [email protected] — Roslynn P. (posted on September 13, 2000)

Hello! I saw the forms at my pharmacy. You can also go to their website: www.medicalert.com
I hope this helps!

Medic Alert 800-432-5378 if you're in a hurry. I have the necklace from them and I also got a bracelet at Sears engraving area that's kinda ugly, but it works. It's a stretchy band and the little ID part opens up. Inside is a piece of paper with my doc's name, drug allergies, and whatever I can fit on there. I can update it as needed. The best part was deleting my co-morbs as they fell away!
