Question:
I have been out of surgery almost 2 years. I have lost 150 lbs. I have about 50 go.

I have not lost any weight in the last 4 months. I know that I am eating more than I should and am surprised how much I can eat in a day. Sugar and fat foods do not bother me at all. I am afraid if I don't stop that I will ge almost 400 lbs again and I would rather be dead than have that happen. I would appreicate any help from others that may have experienced this or am going through it. I am so frustrated with myself. my email address is [email protected] if anyone wants to e-mail me directly. thanks    — Rebecca F. (posted on June 19, 2002)

Try not to get so down on your self. Just step back, take a good hard look at the "BIG PICTURE" and realize how far you've come.Go back to the basics and work at using that wonderful "tool" your surgeons gave you. I know you can accomplish your goal! Just remember it was YOU that got you to where you are now and you've done a GREAT job(okay I'll put my pom-poms down now) Keep your chin up and take care of YOU!
