I am 4 months post-op and have been on a plateau for 4 weeks..Help?

Hello I know you really don't want to hear this, but this question is a daily question on the board. EVERYBODY has plateau's we ALL go through it.. KEEP YOUR WATER UP AND EXERCISE. I am almost 9 months post-op I have had so many PLATEAUS I gave up count. Please be patient your body will catch up..
