Honey is just as bad as sugar for sugar amounts. I would dump from honey. Just an FYI.

Sugars to avoid Sugar, sucrose. Brown Sugar, Corn syrup. Dextrose, Honey, Maple syrup, Raw sugar. Copied this out my BTC book. Hope it helps.
