Question:
Which is worse (Painwise), Lap Gallbladder, or Lap RNY? Recovery time?

I had a Lap gallbladder a year ago, and remember it quite well. Has anyone had both the Lap gallbladder and then the Lap RNY? I was wondering which was worse. Also, which took longer to recover from? Thanks.    — [Anonymous] (posted on April 17, 2001)

Definately the Lap RNY. (Even though I didn't really have any real pain.) I just had the feeling like someone made me do crunches way too much.
