Has anyone had dealings with West Virginia's Mountain State Blue Cross Blue Shield?

I have Mt. State BC/BS POS. I had no problem getting approved for surgery. My surgeon was Dr. Daniel Stickler in Charleston, WV and his office submitted all the necessary information and I received my approval letter within 2 weeks.
