Question:
How do you really count calories when you are taking in such a small amount of food

For instance, for breakfast I had 1 small poached egg, 1/2 slice of toaste, for lunch, I had 2 crackers with peanut butter on them, and for dinner I had about 3 bites of mac.and cheese. Then I had 1 tsp. of vanilla pudding to take my medicine with. I don't think that is very many calories but I could be wrong. How do you count calories down to the tsp.?    — K T. I use www.fitday.com. It is freeeee! I usually use 0.12 cups as my smallest amount. That is about 1 1/2 Tablespoons. I may be overestimating, but the truth is we generally underestimate how much we eat. I guess you could use 0.04 cups per teaspoon. Fitday calculates based on whatever amount you put in and allows you to add custom foods.
