I'm sure you could, but PERSONALLY, I would not take ephedra (ephedrine) in any way. I've heard good things and I've heard negative things and I wouldn't feel comfortable taking anything that isn't regulated by the FDA. Some of the negative things I've heard are that it can cause heart attacks, strokes, paranoid psychosis, vomiting, fever, palpitations, convulsions and comas. You can visit www.ephedrainjury.com to get some information or, you can also go to www.ephedrafacts.com. Both are good sites, one focuses more on the pro's, the other on the cons of the drug. Like I say, that's me PERSONALLY, I just wouldn't chance it because having putting my body through so much for so many years being overweight, I wouldn't want to chance causing more harm. Good luck and take care!!

Hi there...I tried Hydroxicut once about a year before I had an open rny, and even with moderate excercise I experienced heart palpitations (very scary) especially when you're driving...because it basically gives you "more energy", if you don't use enough of that energy, you could have problems as such. On the other hand my older sister also used hydroxicut, and lost 30lbs on it, without a problem...it really varies from person to person, I would say, try it, and if you feel funny at all, or experience anything out of the ordinary stop taking them. Just my opinion, and experience. :) Good Luck!
