Not showing up on the surgery date page

Hi! I've got a surgery date of 15 January 2001, but I cannot seem to get my name to show up on the surgery date page. Can someone please fix the programming error so that those of us that are having surgery in 2001 will show up, too?    — webgrrlie (posted on October 23, 2000)
