What criteria are insurance companies requiring before approving loose skin removal?

Hi Suzie: Good question, I don't have any answers for this but this is one thing that I am also concerned about. I will be back to check on others that are able to answer this. I'm sure other short term post-ops would be interested in this. Lorraine
