My plan states that it would consider covering WLS but

if required as a part of an authorized, monitored care plan - Where would I get that from? My surgeon, my GP or would I pull something from the National Insitute of Health saying that Bariatric surgery is an acceptable treatment for morbid obesity.    — K T. (posted on August 18, 2001)
