has anyone stopped losing after just 7 months
I am 7 months post op and have lost 93 pds however in the last 2 months I have only lost 6 pounds nothing for the last 2 weeks. I am getting so frustrated and I am beginning to think I have stopped losing and wondering has anyone else stopped at 7 months. I'm preop so this is just a thought based on things I've learned at this
site. You lost 93 pounds in the last two months! Thats an amazing amount of
weight, I think your weight loss has slowed to allow your body to catch up.
You are losing exceptionally fast, and I'm sure you haven't finished yet.

Keep a food diary, right down every single thing you eat for a week and
take the thing to your nutronist. This rules out a food issue. Take a
record your measurements, likely they are shrinking while your on the
plateau. Touch base with your surgeons office, then relax, you have covered
the bases and will know whats going on.
