Question:
how long does this plateau last

I wish I knew! I had my surgery oct 7, have lost 59 pounds but have been at 203 for almost a month now! I am so discouraged! any advice? i do all the protein , water, exercise etc, nothing seems to be working! kim

most of mine lasted 3-4 weeks, but I just came off of a 9 week one! I went on a 2 day liquid diet to finally break it. Lost 4 lbs over the weekend, hope it keeps going.
