I was very sadden by the passing of our dear AMOS brother. I am praying that the Lord will comfort the hearts of his family and friends that love him so much.LORD BLESS

Please everyone say and extra prayer for Dave's family this week and an extra prayer for them on Sunday. Dave was a wonderful man and it was an honor for me to be his and Sylvia's Angel. Thanks so much. Love, Laura

I personally knew Dave Odom and news of his passing hit me very hard because, you see, I had weight loss surgery 23 years ago this month and had been in email communication with Dave a few times leading up to his surgery. Fortunately, with the Lord's help, I have managed to stay healthy enough to function and cope with the side-effects of my surgery. My hearts goes out to Sylvia and family....and especially his baby sister Debby whom I've known since our college days at JSU and love dearly. Dave was a wonderful man, father, and brother who will be sorely missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you all and I'll soon be in touch. I love you all! Patti "PJ"

For the Family of Dave Odom, This verse I found in a greeting card and I keep it because it reminds me that our loved ones have gone to paradise and are no longer suffering. "The Rose Beyond the Wall" from the writings of A.L. Frink. I am deeply saddened by the loss of our friend Dave. He was a great comfort to me when he emailed me about my fear of surgery. I pray that God and the angels will watch over Dave and his family.
