Obesity & Me

Describe your behavioral and emotional battle with weight control before learning about bariatric surgery.

I would always eat even if I wasn't hungry, I loved too eat out. and have dessert. I hated being overweight I had tried everything but it would only last a short time. then I would gain it all back and then more. I hate looking into the mirror I hated taking my clothes off infront of my husband. I had started the LEARN program, it helped before the surgery it made me aware of all the bad things I was eating. I didn't eat alot, I just ate all the wrong things.
