I remember as a teen my brother telling me i was fat all the time , I felt fat , I acted fat , i had no confidence with others , was i fat? no I was not i weighed 130 pounds and am five ft tall. but it colored me for the rest of my life , I slowly gained after getting married from 145 to a high of 212 after 15 years of being with my husband...that is alot on my small frame, I managed to lose 60 pounds through exercise and starvation when going through my divorce i felt so good and like a real person , I loved the attention i received and started to like me ...

What was (is) the worst thing about being overweight?

Four months after my son was born and I was so ill from post partum syndrome my new husband said to me " he would not have sex because of my weight"I was already nuts and It was the begining of the end of my new marriage, I let him place the blame on me when in reality it was him....I did not even weigh that much then....but it crushed me and caused me to act out in ways so alien to my character
