Obesity & Me

What was (is) the worst thing about being overweight?

worse thing was just being fat. Or looking at a real skinny ladie looking very pretty and knowing I didn't look like that and wishing I did. Not being able to cross my legs. now I can joint pain feeling lazy because packing around all that extra weight was a killer.

If you have had weight loss surgery already, what things do you most enjoy doing now that you weren't able to do before?

gosh, everything i can cross my legs so easy now. and I am not so tired like before and I ride horses like I use to 20 years ago. Life just keeps getting better

Never looking back. p.s. I haven't faced my primary doctor yet, But I know he will be happy for me when he see how much weight I have lost. I feel so good.saw my primary doctor and he was very happy about the weight loss as I am....getting ready for hernia repair and tt with Dr. heap.
