Obesity & Me

Describe your behavioral and emotional battle with weight control before learning about bariatric surgery.

Sometimes I would be depressed because my clothes wouldn't fit. I wasn't a emotional eater, I just ate when I wanted to. I noticed I had to start buying bigger clothes and I hated that. So I tried several diet pills, signed up at the gym and even walked the track. I lost some weight and let it get to my head and I went back to the way I was. Just eating all the time and even gained more weight....

What was (is) the worst thing about being overweight?

Looking really OVER WEIGHT in pictures.... I hated it.

If you have had weight loss surgery already, what things do you most enjoy doing now that you weren't able to do before?

Haven't had it yet. But looking forward to it.
