Describe your behavioral and emotional battle with weight control before learning about bariatric surgery.

I had a very long battle with weight I'd lose 5 or 10 pounds and gain 5 more on top of what I would lose I never felt like I sleep good could not breath when i would walk I thought I was going to die.

What was (is) the worst thing about being overweight?

not spending time with my doughter it's getting better now.

If you have had weight loss surgery already, what things do you most enjoy doing now that you weren't able to do before?

How did you first find out about bariatric surgery and what were your initial impressions of it?

TV and a Friend and then my DR at 1st I wanted no part of it then I now with out it I would not live to see my 7 year old grow up and I now she needed me that did it.

What was your stay in the hospital like? How long where you there? What things are most important to bring?

I was in the Hospital 2 weeks MY DR Gery Anthone was great he really cares and all the staff at USC were the NIces ever and they had to do so much for me and never made me feel out of place .

Did you have any complications from the surgery? If so, how did you deal with them?

I had a bow blocked but like I said DR was great and had lots of support .

In the weeks after you got your surgery date, how did you feel? How did you cope with any anxiety you might have felt?

Well I was in bed most of the time for about 6 weeks and pain meds halp.

What is your scar like? Is this what you expected?

the scar dose not bother me .

Please describe any plateau experiences you have had since surgery.

lost is slow but steddy

Do you notice people treating you any differently now?

I never got tried bad maybe because the way I look.
