Beyond the calories -- why we eat is as important as what we eat

Change overall:  -63.5 lbs

I'm very happy to have lost weight this week.  Only a half of a pound, but going in the right direction!  And this is the first time in about a month that I've lost two weeks in a row so I'm encouraged by that trend. Click here for full article.
