Biggest Loser on fast food

I got to catch a few minutes of the Biggest Loser and I got inspired for this article.  The part I saw was when the contestants met up with Rocco Dispirito for a little cooking test.  Rocco hit on a significant subject: fast food.  People LOVE it, don't they?  I didn't realize what a huge problem this is since I rarely ever eat at one and if I do, I will make a healthy choice.  Click here for full article.
