Our plans and programs are based on a framework of support and guidance with free Support Groups open to the public. These groups are free and open to anyone considering bariatric surgery or as a follow-up after surgery. The group is structured around a pre-determined topic but there is opportunity for questions, answers and sharing by group participants. Please contact us with any questions at (937) 433-5957.
